I´m with you, when you say some churches Jesus Christ imagery are a bit frightening; I want to share this site design: http://www.redrockschurch.com/ in an innovative design church website; or extremely innovative ? however I like it; anybody would say is a church website…and has no scary imagery, don´t you think so?

I do believe my good man Cameron Moll (www.cameronmoll.com) is the lead at LDS…he does some darn fine work, this one being a great example.

I really like this post. Plenty of people make lists of great designs but not many actually break it down like you have. I’d love to see more of these types of posts, perhaps to even greater depth if there’s a lot of things you like about a site!
